A call goes out and first responders rush to the scene. Be it a house fire or hostage situation, operations may be prolonged. While these modern-day heroes are taking care of us, who is taking care of them?
This is where the South Florida Rehab & Emergency Support Team shine. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization run 100% by volunteers. Our objective is to assist emergency departments within its scope of activities via the operation of a Rehab Unit at emergency scenes to keep responders at their peak.
Day or night, rain or shine, we are always available to respond to the scene of any situation where our services could be utilized. Our response vehicles are fully stocked and ready for deployment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We routinely respond to structure fires, hazmat incidents, brush fires, police operations, search and rescues, and even training exercises.
